We are seeking to appoint internally a highly experienced and motivated Senior HLTA who will continue to develop and lead our established Nurture group setting.  You will have the necessary skills to provide support for pupils, the teacher and the school in order to raise standards of achievement for all by utilising advanced levels of knowledge and skills when assisting with planning, monitoring, assessing and managing classes. You will also utilise your Nurture knowledge and skills to coach, mentor and support colleagues and support the overall provision of SEND alongside the SENDCo and Inclusion Leader.
