English
In English, the children have been writing recipes. We chose to write a recipe for welsh cakes linked to our previous geography topic ‘All about the UK’. We followed our recipes to make them and we even got to try them! They were delicious.
Computing
We have been exploring how to make music within our computing sessions. We have used Chrome music lab to explore rhythms and create our pieces of music using a range of digital tools and techniques.
Maths
In Maths, we have been learning about fractions. We took our lesson onto the tree trail to find fraction sticks! We firstly found a long stick, then a stick that was half the length and then a stick that was a quarter of the length of the original stick.
